5 X 25 Workout

1.  5 Minutes of tire hops, stance switch every 25 seconds
2.  5 tire flips then 25 sledge hammer swings per side
3.  5 plate halo's each direction then 25 weighted thai knees per leg
4.  Olympic bar punches
     a.  Traditional stance:  left jab X 25, right punch X 25
     b.  Southpaw stance:  right jab X 25, left punch X 25
     c.  Squat Pushouts X 25
5.  5 box jumps then 25 incline pushups
Repeat Circuit 5 Times
