Meet Your Instructors

Kevin Flanigan, LMBT- Yoga

Kevin began practicing ashtanga vinyasa yoga over 8 years ago and was certified to teach in 2001. He has studied with some of America's best teachers including Doug and David Swenson, Paul Grilley, Baba Hari Das and Srivatsa Ramaswami. Kevin discovered that yoga helps us reach our fullest potential. Lessons learned on the mat transfer to our daily lives, reducing the obstacles that used to block our growth. Just as gold is purified by fire, so we are purified by consistent practice.

Kevin is also a licensed massage and bodywork therapist as well as a certified Thai Yoga Massage practitioner. Kevin studied massage at East West College of the Healing Arts, taking the 800 hour program specializing in Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Thai Yoga Massage. He was also certified as a Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner with Saul David Raye, one of the leading teachers of yoga and Thai Yoga Massage in the western hemisphere.

Vivian Veto- Yoga
My goal as a teacher is to help others rebalance and return their bodies to a natural state and alignment through the use of flexibility, relaxation and self-awareness.  I enjoy teaching the therapeutic effects of yoga using strength, balance, recovery, and mindful breathing techniques.  By providing a safe and nurturing environment to develop self-awareness through a yoga practice, I help students become more aware of their unique body structures, movement patterns, and processes to balance both mind with body.

Since 1992, I have studied various styles of Hatha yoga under many teachers and received my 220-Hour training in 2006 under Lisa Clark. I started teaching in 2005 to the present both Beginners and Intermediate Yoga at various locations.
